About Us
The Vis Moot Surveys are a series of surveys which are conducted in the context of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, one of the world's largest competitions for law students.
Each year, the Problem of the Vis Moot raises complex questions of International Commercial Law and International Arbitration. The Vis Moot Surveys examine how Arbitrators, Coaches and Mooties, who participate in the competition, assess these legal questions and which factors influence the legal decision-making process.
This project began in 2023 as a research project at King's
College London, conducted by Tobias A. Strecker and Mihael A.
Jeklic and has since been continued by the Association for the
Organisation and Promotion of the Willem C. Vis International
Commercial Arbitration Moot.
